Spotify For Artists

Having a Spotify For Artists account is necessary if you want to know who is listening to your music, where from, what playlists people are adding your music to, as well as many other features that will be helpful with building your next marketing strategy for a release.

In order to get access to your Spotify for Artists, you need to claim your account. Your request gets manually reviewed, so it might take a few days to get access. You’ll need to verify via the artist’s social channels. If you’re releasing your music with a label or you have a manager, they can also easily claim access to your Spotify for Artists account.

Spotify for Artists lets you manage your artist profile and get to know your fans better. It also allows you to pitch your music to Spotify Playlists editorsIt has a lot of useful information that you can utilise while planning your tour, next releases, or you can use the data while running sponsored ads on your social media, as it will show you demographics and more info about your listeners.

You can also share updates with fans with an Artist Pick, add a fundraising link, or feature playlists. Spotify for artists shows you the number of listeners in real time.

Artists can now participate in the future of album art by adding a Canvas to any track in their catalog through Spotify for Artists.
