The aims of the Copasetic Foundation are to promote the understanding and appreciation of jazz and related musics via the media of live performance in all its forms, recording, and electronic media.
The Foundation, which is an unincorporated association with officers and accounts, began as an informal vehicle for words and music productions with a bias towards jazz and contemporary music. It was formally founded in May 2013.
Copasetic productions have played in the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room, Tricycle Theatre, Leicester Square Theatre, Ronnie Scott’s Club, the Pizza Express, St James’ Theatre Studio, the Hideaway, JW3, Snape Maltings, Scarborough Spa Theatre, 59E59 Theaters New York, and many other venues.
