The “Associazione Jana Project” is a non-profit cultural association based in Alghero (historical town in the North of Sardinia) and it’s active since 1998 in the field of music production, with a long list of concerts and original productions held worldwide. In 2001 it started the International Jazz Festival “Musica sulle Bocche”, based in Santa Teresa di Gallura, one of the most famous touristic destinations of Sardinia. The locations of concerts are often the beaches and other unconventional venues, such as ferryboats.

Since 2013 the locations of the Festival have been extended to the whole island, with site-specific concerts in archaeological, historical, natural sites.
Focused on Jazz, the Festival is open to other music genres, classical and strictly traditional.

The aim is to foster the dialogue and the crossover for artists, education to listening for the public.
